I can’t help myself, even when I was a single mom, I love this holiday! I just love Love! I think a big thing that helped in those hard years where it was easy to feel unloved or rejected was to rest in the fact that God really does love me and sees me as soooo valuable because He made me in His image. Now it’s all about managing expectations and communicating what we want with the hubs! But don’t let his “I hate Valentine’s Day” exterior fool you, the day after marks three years that we’ve been engaged 😍💗. So if that’s you this year – feeling more of the 😞 then 😍, know you are loved and sooo valuable to all of us and innately and wholely to God! Reach out – I’m all about virtual hugs and encouragement!
Ok – so let’s hit the real big question – what to wear for Valentine’s Day 2019?!! I’ve got sooo many ideas!! Let’s start with casual and I’ll being you the dressy options next week! Check out my Instagram stories for the try ons! Not following me on insta yet? Let’s be friends momma!
Casual Valentine’s Day outfit inspo
Embrace the love in the air with sweet details in your outfit! I love this soft peach combined with the bell sleeves! And I paired it with our fav S L I M M I N G high waisted denim. It’s literally more amazing then it sounds! Also this ombré pink necklace 😍
It doesn’t have to be all red and pink either – let the details add the romance like the bell sleeves in the tan version of the above top! Or add a pop of pink with your jewelry (like I did here 😉).
I also love switching it up with a pink and purple combo – I know, I never thought I’d say that either 😂. But it’s so cute together right?!!
And the last casual option for this post is totally grey but I love that the boxy flowy look with the bell sleeves makes it perfectly romantic and fun! Add the pink necklace and voila – Valentine’s Day ready!
